My Health Journey…

Three years ago, my Lyme disease and chronic infections flared up again, turning my world upside down.

Some days, I feel okay. Other days, I can’t even get out of bed. Chronic pain is unpredictable—and invisible illnesses are real.

Determined to heal naturally, I became a Certified Health Coach and Certified Nervous System Coach to better understand the mind-body connection. I discovered that your nervous system controls everything—stress, pain, emotions—and when it’s dysregulated, your body can’t heal.

Through food, supplements, and holistic healing, I’ve found ways to support my body—and even became certified in homeopathy to help my family too.

One thing that always makes me feel my best? Being outside. Whether I’m on the beach, out on the water, or soaking up the sunshine, fresh air is healing. Nature is my reset button.

Healing isn’t linear. It’s messy, frustrating, and takes patience—but I’m proof that you CAN take control of your health, one step at a time.

Now, I help women just like me—women who are struggling, searching for answers, and ready to feel GOOD again.

My Wellness Philosophy

Wellness isn’t about perfection—it’s about listening to your body, being consistent, and using the tools that truly make a difference. For me, that includes healthy foods, the right supplements, movement, mindful practices, and time in nature. Small, intentional steps compound over time, helping you feel stronger, more balanced, and fully alive.

At its core, my philosophy is simple:

  • Prioritize consistency over intensity.

  • Let wellness be empowering, not overwhelming.

Healing is a journey, not a checklist, and with mindful, consistent choices, you can create a body and mind that feel vibrant and resilient every day.
